Double RIBA Success for Holly Tree Cottage

We’re incredibly proud to share that Holly Tree Cottage, delivered with Site Office has won not one but two RIBA South West and Wessex awards- including the Small Project of the year award.

The project transformed a 2-bedroom cottage and outbuildings in rural Dorset through careful refurbishment and low impact extension work to create a brighter, more open and energy efficient home.

The project combined a lightweight timber framed extension with breathable wood-fibre insulation and lime render to unify old and new, whilst a new garden outbuildings and flexible satellite spaces further extend the life and use of the site.
