Eagle House and Tate Institute Win at the 2026 AJ Architecture Awards

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate two Simple Works projects at the 2026 AJ Architecture Awards.

Eagle House, delivered with IF_DO and Hastings Commons, won AJ Retrofit of the Year and Creative Re-use into Mixed Use, recognising its transformation from a historic 1860s townhouse into a vibrant community hub and co-working space.

Tate Institute, delivered with Office S&M and ReSpace Projects, was Highly Commended in the Future Reuse category for its sensitive retrofit and approach to retaining and reusing the existing structure.

We’re delighted to see both projects recognised for their contribution to retrofit, reuse and regeneration.
