The Old Rectory recognised for design excellence
We’re delighted to announce that one of our projects The Old Rectory delivered in collaboration with Brisco Loran has been shortlisted for the RIBA East Midlands award 2026.
The project involved the sensitive renovation and extension of the historic 1863 property in East Barkwith, Lincolnshire, carefully enhancing the building while adapting it to modern living.
Congratulations to everyone at Brisco Loran and Simple Works who contributed to this achievement. We’re proud to see the project recognised and look forward to the next stage of the awards process.
