We’re proud to share that Morris Blitz Court has been shortlisted for the Housing Design Awards 2026!
Designed for the London Borough of Hackney with Archio, the projects transforms a disused housing office and underutilised plot of land in Stoke Newington into 19 homes for 100% social rent.
The scheme demonstrates that low-energy design and affordability can go hand in hand, without compromising on quality or character. Shaped through conversations with residents, the project also reconnects previously fragmented outdoor spaces, creating a more cohesive and shared environment.
