Breathing new life into a historic structure in Hastings
We’re delighted to see Eagle House has officially opened. Working with IF_DO and Hastings Common, Simple Works provided structural engineering services for the transformation of this historic 1860’s townhouse into a vibrant community hub and co-working space.
Through careful structural interventions and refurbishment, the project preserves the buildings character while supporting its long- term use for the local community.
