The Old Rectory cleans up at the RIBA East Midland Awards
Weโre delighted that The Old Rectory in East Barkwith, Lincolnshire has received both a 2026 RIBA East Midlands Award and the 2026 RIBA East Midlands Small Project of the Year Award.
Delivered in collaboration with Brisco Lane, the project carefully renovated and extended the historic 1863 property, balancing contemporary living with the preservation of its original character and heritage setting.
Well done to all the team for such a beautiful project.
