Planning permission secured
We are pleased to share that planning permission has been granted for the redevelopment of the former Catford Police Station, delivering 63 new affordable homes for Phoenix Community Housing. The scheme comprises 29 homes for social rent and 34 for intermediate rent, providing a much-needed mix of genuinely affordable housing for the local area.
The proposals retain and convert the locally listed police station building, alongside two new residential blocks. The project has been developed in close collaboration with Levitt Bernstein and other consultants including Etude, Lanpro and Potter Raper.
We're looking forward to progressing the project into the next stages.
