Talent House

Talent House is a creative hub in Stratford, East London containing dance studios, recording studios, and teaching and event spaces. The existing structure consists of masonry perimeter walls, cross-laminated timber floors and a mixture of glulam and steel framing, with a steel trussed roof. We worked closely with Citizens Design Bureau on the fit-out works of the various spaces including a recording studio to ensure proposed loading was within the design of allowable, with a view to minimise any strengthening works required.
