Morris Blitz

Morris Blitz Court is a four-storey residential building that will deliver 19 new homes alongside an existing estate, forming a new courtyard and enhancing shared outdoor spaces. The design prioritises strong visual and physical connections between new and existing buildings, with careful attention to access, privacy and landscaping.

A key focus is the reduction of embodied carbon through a simple, efficient structural strategy and the use of robust materials. Foundations are designed to minimise disruption to surrounding buildings and infrastructure, while recycled content is specified where possible to further reduce environmental impact. The result is a sensitive and sustainable addition that complements its context.
